We’re raising $10M in pre-seed funding to kickstart operations, positioning us to capture a meaningful share of the $760B U.S. market by 2030. Our projections show positive cash flow by Year 3 and >50x ROI, with cumulative revenues exceeding $4B in 5 years.
The structure is a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), offering a strategic entry point with rights to match future favorable terms.
Funds Held in Escrow
